Clunking in right rear of suspension?

I have Koni Yellows on Middle perch combined with Eibach pro kit. The Top hat would not fit into the rubber bushings so the shop drilled the whole bigger in all four rubber bushings. Everytime IM in first gear rolling and give acceleration I hear a clunk clunk noise from the right rear wheel. Could it be from the bushing not sitting in flush? IT wasn't like a factory seal?

Its noticeably loud and im wondering if I should just order new top hats and bushings predrilled from Heeltoe? HMmmm Any one heard of problems like this?
