My 2004 TL has been sitting for roughly 8 months, after making repairs (new coil packs and removal of melted coil packs) none of my climate controls work. I have checked the fuses and don't see anything blown.

 

Are you saying that none of the a/c functions is displaying on the center console or is your a/c just not blowing or working at all. If the a/c is not blowing the a/c resistor usually goes bad. let me know if that helps

 

None of the functions work ac, defrost, rear defrost, none of them. They light up when you turn the lights on but nothing actually functions.

 

So the blower isn't coming on, but the display/lights all show activity/change?

 

The lights come on, but it does not show any activity. When you depress any climate button nothing happens.
