Clicking noise under steering wheel

Clicking noise under steering wheel

So started my car today there was a loud clicking noise coming from under my dash on the driver side went away after 20 sec or so turned the car off an on again same thing anyone know what this could be

Did the car start?

Sounds like under voltage going to the starter cut relay (driver's side kick panel) which results in the relay rapid cycling, hence the clicking sound. Probably a low/bad battery or loose/corroded connections, but could also be a bad ignition switch.

Car started drives everything even the ignition is strong
