Click Sound when turning the wheel

Yes I have a CLICK sound when I turn the wheel all the way to the left or right. All help is apprecaited.

Assuming you're not talking about the turn signal return click in the steering column, where is this noise coming from?

Also, does it happen when you turn the wheel or when you're driving and turning the steering wheel in order to make a left or right turn

+1 on where is the noise coming from, inside it outside the car?
