Claclaclacla... noise coming from the engine Acura TL '05 (Only when idle stop light)

I am experiencing a rare sound on my TL 05 Currently has about 109500K Miles I did timing belt etc... at 104k about 4 months ago I have driven 5k miles already since it was change. About 1 month ago I change oil and I install four almost new tires.

For the past 10 days I am hearing a very low Claclacla noise coming from engine this only happens when My Car is in idle and I am waiting at a Red Light. If I put the car on N Gear, Park Gear or Reverse the sound disappear Is really weird and also to mention Sometimes It goes away but is mostly there 80% of the time. the sound only comes while I am on Drive Gear and I am applying the Brake waiting on red light. My Ac is off and I turn my radio Off when I hear this CLACLACLA engine noise coming from engine. So is not the AC. Please Help Diagnosed my problem Acurazine members.

Did you change the tensioner, idler pulley, water pump, etc.?
If not, it may be the tensioner or idler pulley that makes noise (my TL's tensioner was beginning to make noise before it was changed with the timing belt).

If you changed everything, see post #2 in https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/my-timing-belt-nightmare-904822/ about the idler pulley shim.

Check and make sure your Spark Plugs are torqued down properly to rule those out. They have a tendency to loosen themselves.
