Exclamation CEL won't go off

Hey guys. I installed the P2R throttle body spacer today, and my CEL won't go off now. I know that when you put the AEM V2 on, the CEL is on for a little, then after you drive a little bit, it goes away. Knowing this, I went and drove the car so it would adjust and go away. But after 20 minutes of driving, it wouldn't go away. I plugged back in the only sensor I unplugged. Should I just give it time? Anyone else with this problem?

Not sure, but if it was the MAP sensor you unplugged, I believe it will take a few days to a week for the light to go out. IRRC, the ECM is rebuilding the readiness codes.

Take a look at pg 263 of the owner's manual. I think any disconnected sensor that has inputs to the ECM and is used in the Readiness Code settings will cause a reset/rebuild....

You can unhook the battery for about an hour, then reconnect it. Leaving it unhooked for that long will clear the memory out of the PCM and turn the light off.

pull fuse #8, under hood fuse box..disconnect the battery. Dont have to wait an hr..just do it, and connect it back up.
