Car squeaks over bumps

I've tried looking through old threads, so I apologize if this has been asked before. My car has been making very high pitched squeaks lately any time I drive over speed bumps or uneven pavement. I've sat on the hood of my car and bounced the car up and down but it won't make any noise. There isn't just one area that this sound comes from, I'm almost certain it's coming from all 4 tires. It's not a clunking sound like I've seen in Youtube videos. Any idea what it might be? Control-arm bushings? My struts?
I have an '04 6MT with 123k miles and stock struts/suspension. I've been contemplating getting Tein SA coilovers, not so much to fix this problem, but for looks. However, could this be related to the suspension? Thanks!

Oh, and I'll try to take a video later today and post it up so you can hear the sound.

It could be the springs on the car, try putting some white lithium grease on them and the bump stops and see if it helps. It is also possible that you may have a failed rear strut that's leaking and causing the noise!

ever since I got my tires changed, all 4 wheels would squeak over bumps. was probably the first time the springs were stretched out in years. grease fixed mine, like said above.

One way to see if its the compliance bushings would be to:

Jack up the front of the car,
Remove the tire
remove the strut fork from lower control arm.
raise the knuckle up and down with your hands to see if you can replicate that squeak noise.

I did that and found the squeaking came from my compliance bushings.

The several squeeks I encountered, all within different time frames ended up being the parts below

Put some lithium grease on the front springs and the bump stops, but it's still squeaking over bumps. I may just take my car into a shop like Les Schwab and have them take a look to tell me what needs to be replaced or serviced.
