Hi Acurazine,

I just recently bought my TL and joined this forum. I love my car so far, but it has some strange quirks.

Most of the time, when I try to turn it off, I can turn the key back just fine, and can actually remove the key entirely, but the engine remains idling for about 30s to a min before randomly shutting itself off.

Does anyone have any advice?

 

I would think your ignition switch is bad. Always helps if you give us all the vehicle information.
