Car pulling to 1 side after rim install

Hey,

So I recently put on a used set of rims I had purchased, piaa super rozzas, 235/18/40, rim width is 8'. I had all 4 wheels balanced prior to car install.

Now after installation, i noticed that the car pulls to 1 side alot, its not slight and is quite strong. I didn't think an alignment would be needed if I went from stock to 18s. Is there something else besides alignment that may be causing this?

You should get a wheel alignment. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like maybe one of your wheels that was balanced should be placed in the back instead of the front driving wheels. I had this problem when I was in Japan with an integra. Try switching them to the rear and then drive it. If it still pulls to either side then you should an alignment.

try swapping the two front tires (side to side) if theyre not rotational. if it pulls to the other side its a radial pull and its in the tires

I'll try swapping the back and front tires on 1 side to see if that helps, but my tires are radial (Toyo proxes 4), so I won't be able to switch them from 1 side to the other.
