Car not shifting right away
My car is a 2004 6mt and I notice when I redline and shift from 1-2 and 2-3 my car isnt chirping tires and accelerating instead its revving up for an extra second then catching itself and starts to pull again..Do you think that I need new tires (probably crappy tires I bought the car from a non acura dealer)? or do you think my transmition is starting to go?

clutch is slipping most likely. Nowhere near "going" as our transmissions are pretty reliable (speaking of the MT). The clutch is a wear item, however.
sounds like it only happens when you drive it aggressively. Unless you want to pay close to if not $1000, drive on it easier.

It's either driver error or clutch slippage. If your timing is good it should not rev and grab. What has likely happened is you've gotten used to bad shifting habits and now that the clutch is getting worn out it's showing. More than likely you're into the throttle too soon, before the clutch is engaged which produces the chirping of the tires and the clutch had enough holding power to not slip and instead the tires slipped. Now the clutch is slipping instead of the tires.
So many people seem to think that a good manual driver is one who can chirp the tires the most but a truly good manual driver will have shifts that are barely felt. I've known guys that are lightning quick yet you barely feel the shifts.
With that said, your clutch is toward the end of its life. Drive it nice and it might last a while. If you must shift hard, try hitting the throttle just a little later.

Seriously, there is no warranty for wear and tear items, of which, the clutch is one.
