Car doesn't move in drive

I have a '07 TL and i was pulling into my garage, had braked waiting for the door to go up....when I took my foot off of the brake to use the gas, my car went no where....when i gave the car gas, it just sat there as if it were in nuetral....i had not touched my gear shifter at all! I put the car in park and then I put it back in drive and the car was able to drive....before this had happened...i was stopped at a stoplight and i felt a big kick (like i thought someone rear ended me, but no one was behind me)...i noticed my car seemed to have tried to shut off b/c the radio clicked off for a split second! Has any one else had this problem? What did you do?? I have automatic transmission by the way.

only other thing i can think of

its pretty common on the 3G, that the parking brake "sticks" to the rear.... but... once you apply some throttle, it should start moving...

Do the RPM's of the motor increase when you push the gas, or does it just stay level like it's idling?

It happened 2x yesterday...for the first time...I could have sat there all day with my foot on the gas and it wouldn't have gone anywhere...it was like the car was in nuetral, but it was for sure in drive!! I just don't want it to turn into a bigger problem...well, mainly before my warranty is up!

Fluid level is fine! It has now been 2 days since it happened and it hasn't happened since! I have to take it into the dealer to get the speakers fixed...so I guess I will just mention it to them!
