Can't find main relay on my Acura TL '04. Please help!

Exclamation Can't find main relay on my Acura TL '04. Please help!
my car wouldn't start this morning. i assumed that is MainRelay problem.
just got a new battery and starter.

when i turn the key, something is clicking under my steer wheel, but car does not start.
if anyone know what could cause the problem, please help. thank you

Check the battery wires for corrosion. I just had my starting problem resolved. Same situation btw. New starter and new battery

Main relay is in the fuse box under the hood I believe. It's the one with the screw on it. If your by the driver side fender. It's on the far end of the fuse box

The main relay is under the driver's side of the dashboard, and starter-cut relay is in the fuse box under the driver's side as well.....at least in my car....

the battery wires is looking good and clean. still not starting....
