Can't figure out rattle?

I have a rattle somewhere in my rear deck that I can't figure out. It doesn't go away pushing ont eh deck anywhere from the top. My dealer fixed it a couple weeks ago, but now it is back. They claim it was a trucnk hinge, but it is coming from the center, no where near the hinge. Any ideas? I would rather not take it back to the dealer if I can avoid it, they screwed up a bunch of other stuff last time. I would like to fix it myself, but I don't know where to start. I am hoping I don't have to remove the rear seat? Anything to try without removing the seat?

There is a service bulletin covering this (NOT A RECALL). I say deal with it. I have heard every imagineable rattle complaint from a rear deck in a tl and they are like chasing ghosts Fix one and two more show up.

is it by chance a metallic rattle? if so then its the center seat belt mechanism which acura claims has no current fix, although it is a problem on all their cars

I think it is your subwoofer that is blow which causes a rattle type sound

I took the cover off in the trunk and stuffed a little piece of towel right beside where the seat belt housing is. just separated it from the other metal slightly. Seems to have fixed it for now, not sure it will work long term?

mine just got repair for this problem exactly...they applied some sort of cushioning tape or whatever they use,the subwoofer rattle is gone!...and yes they did remove the back seat and stepped all over my shit!, scratched a the rear door sill!....but prior to that I stuffed little rolls of foam sheeting and stopped it!
