I don't see why not, except for the brackets and transmission mount shapes, I think the engine mounts should be interchangable.

I heard MT mount is stiffer, so I'm hoping to get more life out of them

 

They'll bolt up no problem. In fact the all 03-07 accords, 04-08 tsx, and 04-08 TL will bolt up no problem. Whether its going to last with different engine weights is up to you but I guarantee the bolt pattern lines up and the vacuum lines plug in the same. I realized that when I temporarily tried my 06 accord 4 cylinder k24 motor mount on my 07 TL-s, bolted up perfectly and honestly I don't notice much difference from my stock motor mounts
