Has anyone heard a buzzing sound coming from the rear deck (flat horizontal panel behind the rear seats on which the speakers are mounted) when hitting a road bump? It sounds like a metal rod vibrating against a metal surface.

 

well am not sure about this sound since i cant hear it but i had a problem when i got my 06 tl with the jack in the trunk. took me 2 days b4 i figured out it was coming from in there. The jack was moving around when hitting bumpy roads i just put a useless shirt where it was held and put the jack back so it became a tight fit.

 

the reason I'm pretty sure it's coming from the rear deck is that if I climb into the back seat and bang on the rear deck with my fist i can hear the buzzing sound.

Anyone know how I can get to the area under the rear deck? Do I get at it from the back seat or from the trunk?
