Bumper Clip - Front Passenger Side bracket near fender?

Hey guys,
When I was taking the bumper apart / putting it together I noticed that this clip was cracked down the middle. Odd... But the bumper won't go on quite right anymore...Hence, it needs to be replaced.

I was looking for it on this site, but the naming is a bit obscure. Can anyone help out? Or perhaps provide an exploded diagram of bumper parts?
Once again: Front passenger side bumper bracket which attaches the top of the bumper to the fender right next to the wheel well. The long-ish bracket.
Thanks very much in advance,
-Rob

Also, just to tack it on, does anyone know what the silver trim part number is? The one that runs along the sides of the center console. Mine was somehow very dinged up by the previous driver.. Might as well order both at the same time and save on shipping.

Think this is it? <- I'm wondering if this is it... But there's only one and they're definitely individual left/right pieces... Maybe this is the plate on the shifter... Jeebus this is annoying.
