Your pictures aren't clear enough for me to even see what you mean.
Here is the diagram for the headlight http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...All&vinsrch=no
The assy is held in by the 3 bolts #20 and clip-on nuts #3. If you have those and a floppy light I'd say you are screwed.

No, there isn't a number on it. O'Reilly can get any Detroit fastener you can imagine, but they just look at you and shake their heads when you bring that in--I know, I tried it.
Two suggestions, neither of which I've tried yet all the way to conclusion:
A. Go online, google "Acura fasteners." You'll get lots of hits, but actually finding a match on a website is time-consuming.
B. What I intend to do--go to the Acura dealer's parts department and make a deal for a whole bunch of them. They've undoubtedly got them by the pound, and if they're not willing to share they can order them or tell you where to.
By the way, if you look carefully, you'll see that there are two kinds of fasteners that attach the fascia under the hood. The other one is smaller and has a screw slot. The one you've pictured is the larger one, and both ends of the car and the inner fenders are mostly fastened on with them.

yup, i would go into the parts department at an acura dealer like shftl said. some of the people you catch in there are knowledgeable about parts and the car blow up diagrams and will sell you individual components. i just don't know if the part/clip u guys need is attached to something bigger and if they'll break it up, but it's worth a shot to go to the stealer.
By the way, if you remove the front fascia as per the shop manual instructions for changing the HID bulbs you'll find that the light unit is supported underneath by a U-shaped steel band that comes up from the ballast. If you reshape the band a little you may be able to bring your light unit down into line.
