I have this bubbling sound coming from the right wheel-well area when the car idles in park or neutral, but when i put it in gear (AT) it stops or gets reduced drastically. I took it to the dealer and had them do the TSB regarding the chirp from the timing belt area and that didnt fix the problem, im not even sure if they did anything even thoe they said they did but you know dealerships.

What happens when you slightly rev it in neutral and in drive?
