Brakes again ???

Well my brakes a squeaking when I brake lightly, I know this means that the pads have been slimmed out and am basically riding shims !!!!

But here is my concern, I got HAWK HPS brake pads and PowerSlot slotted rotors around 22K miles back and the braking has been awesome !!!! Recently when painting my calipers, I got some clear coat overspray in my rotors and I have had this squeaking since then....I dont want to get a new set of brake pads just for the heck of it....But the squeak doesnt seem like it wants to go away....Any particular way to find out its my brakes !!!!

Try bedding your brakes. The clear coat may have caused a glaze on your rotors. Bedding will remove it.

^^^ can you please tell me how to do that ???

Also, I bought some brake cleaner from Acura (I got a killer deal) so thought of spraying it and changing my brake fluid (but I thought I will do all that when I switch my brake pads)....
