Brake pedal LOW, brakes feel mushy and engage late TL-S ???
Well I noticed this problem, haven't paid attention to it before but recently handed my car in for service -
-(Rear shelf rattling when music is playing, they replaced the belt ???? didn't fix sh*t, then they told me there's too much bass and it makes rattle no matter what-- they said lower the subwoofer volume to 0 ??))
Anyway while they were fixing it, they had no 09 TL's as loaners, so they gave me an 08 Acura TL tech. And as soon as I left the lot I noticed the brakes felt different from my car. When I gave the loaner back a week later, got into my TL-S got on the highway and as I was going into the U-Turn had the hit the brakes pretty hard, and I noticed how low the pedal goes, the brakes engage wayyy late compared to the loaner I drove, and I have to push the pedal almost all the way down.
Is that normal for this car?? I got factory/stock brembo's (pads and rotors) they were replaced like 22k ago (by previous owner) Any ideas if this is normal? Maybe my pads are almost worn out thats why the pedal falls so low??
Thanks in advance!

I had the same issue in my 06 (brembo) I had the brake system flushed and it was fine after that. When is the last time the system was flushed or ever had them bled? The brakes should self adjust as you get lower on pad but the pads need replacement at 2mm thickness. If they are not close to 2mm then air may be in the system.
