brake noise and 3rd gear problem

brake noise and 3rd gear problem
Acura TL 04 6MT: its close to 50g miles
Brake: Whats going on guys, ive been having some brake noise on the front drivers side brembo's. i tired some things like changing the pads and bleeding the brake but nothing much has changed. Is it the piston in the brembo???
Gear: About a month ago ,third gear was sometimes hard to get into and would make a grinding noise. but just sometimes. What do i do to stop it??
Any suggestions guys?? please i need help and its so much stress im thinking about selling the car.
