Blue Lights beside Map Lights

Blue Lights beside Map Lights
Hi,
I have a 2004 Acura TL and my small blue lights right under the Map Lights are gone one of them. This is not the Map lights themselves but the small blue lights that glow at night when your driving at night.
I wanted to replace them and was wondering if anyone knows if the bulb can be replaced or if its built into the part.
Please help.
