Black paint from exhaust tip take off

Black paint from exhaust tip take off
Inside the exhaust tip there's some black paint, and on one of them i can see the metal , there's a big black surface of paint that went away.
Am i alone ?
Do you think it will be changed under warranty?, just less than 2 months old.
