Battery Tested good....Now what?

Car won't start after I make a short trip ( under a 1/4 mile ). Battery will hold juice overnight or multiple nights. The starter attempts to turn over on the times it wont start but only a little bit and not enough to get the engine to fire up. Any thoughts?

How did you test the battery?

Battery connections? Loosen the connections, wiggle, clean, re-tighten.

Alternator? Voltage regulator? Have you had the charging system tested?

Starter?

HFL or other system draining the battery? See post #12 to test for drain:

Check the battery terminals and the cable ends to make sure they are really clean . Even if they look clean .. clean them.

Poor ground can do that .

Was it load tested? How did you test it?
