it depends, it is probably just drained down. try giving it a jump and let the alternator warm up and just let the car run for 5 mins then take it for a drive to get the juices flowing. you should be fine

if you have a volt meter, you can check the voltage as well n see where it's at after you drive. worse case scenario, take it to an advanced auto parts, pep boys, etc n they'll test it for free.

next time, unhook the battery if you're gonna let it sit for that long.

Also if your leaving for along time, take it out and put it on wood and have a trickle charger on it at a very low charge.

You can't leave a car sit for 10 months and expect the battery to hold up, ain't going to happen.

It's possible it won't even jump, if one of the cells has gone bad.

Prefered way if you don't want to pull the battery is use a battery tender on it. Trickle chargers just keep charging ... and that can boil the battery dry after a while .

The battery tender only feeds it when its needed and nothing more. I use one on mine when I store it for the 5 winter months.

The TL does not like to be left for a week without starting. Battery is for sure dead after 10 months. The only question is whether or not it can be brought back to life.

As it's been said, disconnect the terminals next time. With that done, it will probably be ok after 10 months even without a charge.

Look on the bright side, if it's the OEM battery it would need to be replaced soon anyway.
