Recently since my hids been flickering mad crazy after i installed my fog lights. i had my fog light hook up to my parking light had it connected for 2 weeks. no issue at all. all of a sudden last week my left hid light would flicker and than turn off. when i turn the light switch off and on they would turn back on again but this time the right side flickers and than turn off. when i reset it again they both stay on for 5 min but than one give out again. i realize that th HIGH BEAM FUSE was blown. i change that fuse from 7.5 up to 25amp and it still pops. everytime i change the fuse tho i can drive an entire night with no flickering and it will stay on but as soon as the fuse pop i can tell cause it flickers. im wondering if it a bad bulb or ballast causing the HIGH BEAM use to pop.

since the issue came up i install my fog lights on a relay but i still have the fog light come on when i turn on the parkin lights... parking lights fuse never once pop no any other issue it just the HIDS and flickering and than goin out and the HIGH BEAM fuse keeps poping.

Put the fuse back to the original 7.5A and keep it that way then switch the ballast from side to side. Does the fuse blow when you switch to the other side? If so, replace the ballast.

good idea ill try that as soon as i can.. fo now i been driving with my fog lights. idk why they made this car so darn hard to change the hid parts on.

Hey guys today i notice something the fuse thats being popped is #3 which say left hight beam.. so what i did was i took both the high beam 7.5 fuse out and i turn the high beam on.. NO High beam came on. so i put the fuses back in. and turn the high beam on. fuse #3 immedialtely pop and the high beam didnt come on. the passenger side high beam did. so the high beam part of my driver side light isnt working. if both the low and high beam is the same bulb that means it cant be the bulb than can it or is it something else... im kinda narrowing down the issue... but at least i reached somewhere. the driver side high beam isnt working and the fise for the driver side high beam keeps popping when i try and turn the high beam on... what can make the low beam work but not the high beam if its the same bulb. and if one goes they both goes?
