Yesterday an buddy of mine was changing my brakes on my 05 TL and he was looking at the welds on my subframe and he thought that they didn't look like they were done right and clean. Well I forgot to tell him that I was in a accident and they had to replace the engine cradle. Once I told him that he question maybe the auto body shop might have ripped me off. Well my question is if anyone has some pics of the welds on a 05 TL subframe so that I can compare before I go back to the auto body shop and question if they fixed the frame or if like on the insurance bill that they replaced it. Please help

 

I would go to an acura dealer and have them check the repairs out. If they are faulty indeed, get a letter from acura and submit it to your insurance company as the bodyshop did not properly fix the welds. I would then request that the insurance company use an acura dealership for repair work to the unibody as it can greatly affect your saftey in another crash.
