Hey guys,

Lemme start by saying I did a little searching and only came up with 1 thread that wasn't super helpful so thats why I started a thread

So my 04 TL just came up with a B5 Service light at 120k-ish miles.

I know I'm due to change my oil as its been about 6 months and 5k miles (Mobile1 oil only). Plus the during the last weekend the oil life indicator said <20% thats no biggie, I'm planning on changing it this weekend with more Mobile 1 fluid and a filter (not sure which yet, probably Honda)

What else does the B5 service include? I read something about a coolant change? I noticed my fluid is the greenish color of most other cars, so I was wondering if I actually am due to change it and if so what color is the stock fluid? Or is the green normal?

I know many of us here aren't the biggest fans of Honda fluids so is there a better one I should look into? I'm in Virginia and the climate is pretty temperate here if that helps.

I just want to get my car up to top shape because I'm heading up to Toronto next week and don't want to run into any problems.

Get yourself an Owners Manual. You can register at Acura (http://owners.acura.com/landing.aspx) and get access to an on-line version. Also store Radio and Navi codes.

I guess I'll go with Type 2 coolant; is that correct?
