I believe the right D/S is connected to an intermediate shaft that stays in the car. Strike the right D/S at the inner CV joint to remove it from the intermediate shaft. If he is going to remove the intermediate shaft, bracket and exhaust pipe needs to be removed.

Intermediate shaft bearing and bracket. It appears to only be sold with the intermediate shaft assembly. (#18 here http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...h=no)According to the service manual you drive the inboard joint off of the intermediate shaft with a drift and hammer.

Good question. Some kind of bracket, although it doesn't appear to have a parts listing. Call or PM Kaleb (WholesalePartsGuy) or contact him at Prestige Acura.

Here's the diagram for it:

HaHa, you're 21 and you're calling him "kid"?

Looks that way to me if you want it new, but PM Kaleb. He'll know...

If he was prying hard enough against the transaxle housing to crack the bearing support bracket, hope he didn't damage the transxle case.
Take a look over on ebay for a jack shaft assembly, example:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/04-05...Q5fAccessories

Look at www.car-part.com under axle, then jack shaft either AT or MT.
