Am i screwed
You ruined your car.
Just kidding, you should be okay. IIRC it's kind of safety precaution to be wary of your fingers, and the mechanism that the throttle body "flaps" with being damaged, causing your motor to run rough. But if it runs like normal, you should be golden.

damn u scared me. I also have a post about throttle body cleaner, like I said I thought it had all dried up, and when I went to restart it took 20 secs to start, but after that it ran fine, will running the throttle body cleaner mess it up??
The answer is no- I just did my TB cleaning about a week ago (as well as the EGR valve and PCV and changed the air filter as well). I used TB cleaner (Gumout brand I believe), and I used a soft toothbrush to clean out the TB and plate (and used my finger to keep the plate open- I didn't want to use a tool that might scratch the plate), followed by a clean cloth (lint free). It had a lot of carbon on the TB plate and in the orifice (I didn't remove my TB from the intake). The TB cleaner is designed to be used in the TB, so it's combustible without leaving any residue (other than the carbon you're cleaning out).
When I started it, it ran a little rough and was a little hard to start. It had a few 03xx codes as well (misfire codes). I ran the car a bit, erased the codes, and all has been well (no recurrence of the codes)- it seems to run quite smoothly now and starts immediately. Prior to everything, it was just ever so slightly less like a sewing machine (in how smooth it ran)- now it's like it was as new. You didn't ruin anything, so stop worrying.

Meh, the throttle plate on our cars shouldn't be moved and technically you probably should run the idle learn procedure if you did move it.
However, anecdotal evidence seems to suggest the ECM and TPS recover quite well without an idle learn....
