All these problems! I need help!

I have a 04 that just rolled 200k. Transmition. Timing belt. And water pump all replaced at 150k
To start. It idles in park kinda rough. It kinda lopes. But it does not do it in drive. None of my memory seat button do anything when it used to work perfect. My mirror adjust does not work on up and left. Just the other day I was at a stop light and it start to run very rough like it lost power to a couple coils. I went through the light and it smoothed back out. I let it sit for about a week and went to start it. It did not want to start. It took a few seconds to turn over. My power steering pump is wet. I think it just started leaking.

My question is. How do I fix these problems. They all just popped up within the last 5k miles or so. Any help would be very helpfull..

as a old car it will break down, I would take care the essential item such as engine and tranny first then then other misc later. I would bring to a trusty mechanic shop for these fix.

I know a bit about maintance. I can take care of most engine and tranny problems but the electrical stuff is were I run into problems. I'm not expecting a perfect car. I've had it since 100k. I just don't know what I should replace to get it running right again is my problem.

The memory seat modules were bad in early 2004 TLs.
Replacing it with a new one or one from a 2005+ TL would fix it.

who did the timing belt? a lopey idle but a smooth drive indicates compression loss. but, since i cant inspect the car over the internet, I cant be positive.

are you auto or manual?
