the alarm on my 05 tl keeps going off for no reason. I took it to the dealer and they want to replace the fuse box which according to them is causing the problem. I just replaced the battery and the hands free link which was draining the battery according to the dealer. Are these problems related? Is this a correct diagnosis?

 

the alarm, door locks and a lot of other items are integrated with the fuse box.

It's called an MICU...Multiplex Input Control Unit. ( something like that. )
