Acura TLS 2007 rear a-spec underspoiler

I need your help/ advice again.
I know that the underspoiler is very rare nowadays.
However I had a car accident - icy road and old Volkswagen hit my back. Lucky nofhing happened beside broker underspoiler. Luckily at first thought, but after some research not so lucky due to unavailability of the part.
There are 3 possibilities:
1\ buying new part which is impossible
2\ repairing, which appeared to be problem as experts in plastic welding are hard to find
3\ buying aftermarket replacement.
The cost is not a problem as insurance must cover it up to 5K $.

I need your advice on point 3. Are there OEM quality level replacements available which you would recommend?

I did some research and could find several made from different materials, however I am not sure which is similar to OEM quality.
From photos, I also could see the replacement does not have mounting strips and clips, which may be difficult to install.

I would try and find someone that can fix it. If that proves impossible you could wait and hope you find someone selling an OEM one. But usually when those go for sale they sell the same day. If all of those fail this aftermarket lip is the best one that fits mostly.

isn't it the shop's responsibility to try and find this to make you whole again?

I've spoken to 2 mechanics. They want to see it at their place as they need to recognize the type of plastic. One have seen pictures and said It may be difficult due to broken curves.
The insurance company was the best. I explained them the availability issue with this lip. And then I got the calculation of fixing it, saying they can give me 400$ if I would not go to mechanic and invoice it. Funny people as fixing it and painting would cost more, not even mentioning buying new In US and importing to Poland.

Reuse the existing mounting hardware from the damaged under-spoiler?
