Can anyone out there help? I have an '04 Base TL and I am looking to install the TL Type-S OEM Catback exhaust on it. Is there going to be any fit problems?

 

It's been discussed many times. Tons of the ALTP quad exhaust people have done this on their base model too.

You need the TL-S rear bumper, or you need to cut the base bumper and install the rear TL-S A-Spec lip over the cut base bumper. The tips do not fit the base bumper. The exhaust bolts on, should have no problems as long as you have good gaskets and bolting.
