I Just Got into a car accident because I slip on some ice. and yeah I need a new bumper? I am planning to get it on ebay.. but I dont know if I should get it already painted or purchase it primer and get it painted afterwards.

because I dont want to mismatch.. Does anybody know where I would be able to get a bumper for cheap. and a Aspec Lip . Since I need to get a new one too.

 

why not take it to an auto body shop and let them do it? should be about $300-400 by the time you are done and they will even blend it for you

 

Check the Acurazine Black Market for used bumpers, several members have good bumpers for sale...mismatched paint shouldn't be a problem.

What color is your car?

Buying a new primered bumper and getting it painted will cost you ~ $550-$600.

 

You may as well upgrade.
