Acura TL 2008

Just got an Acura TL 2008 and at first I thought it was the terminal connections and battery so I replaced that. But it turns out that I have to turn the key super hard for car to turn on. Horn doesn’t work, was reading it could be a fuse which one would it be? Thank you guys

Look at the fuse box cover, it's the one that's says "horn"

I tried it still didn’t work. Think it’s wiring or something

You checked under-hood fuse #13, right? There is also a relay, but it's not replaceable - built-in into the fuse box.
Get to the horns and check if they are getting power. They should be somewhere around front of the car. https://acurazine.com/forums/third-g...cation-834218/

Maybe broken cable reel or switch itself (in steering wheel?). Again need to test that. If you take steering wheel cover off, you can get access to the reel connector.

For the key, I suspect worn out ignition key switch. You would need to take steering wheel cover off and check with test light.
