Hi every one,
I owned 2006 TL with 90K on it, week ago I got my ABS, VSA and triangle light on (no parking brake). My both front and rear pad was bad so I think it’s because of that so I changed all pad front and rear and rear rotors. But light are still there. I check all fuse and brake fluid, also disconnect battery for 10 min but no change. Finally I decided to check code; I found a video on you tube that shows how to get ABS code without scanner. I short pin “9” and “4” on DTC 16 pin connector and got following codes.


11, 13, 16, 18, 21, 25, 26, 61, 62, 63, 83, 86


I am really varied about this, I also get code for TPMS system (11, 13, 15, 17, 85) but my TPMS is working fine all tires show right pressure.


Also notice that my high mount (third brake light) brake light is not working any more I not sure that it was happened when ABS light comes on. Is ABS related to brake light?

had the same problem on my 04, took it dealer and they said it was brake pedal position sensor. cost about $100 or so
