6 speed tranny clunk
I have been getting a clunk when i pull out of my garage after not driving my car for a day or two. I put it in reverse, start letting off the clutch and right at the friction point i get a clunk/thunk. I took it to Acura pretty much knowing they werent going to do anything for me but wanted it on record that i was there...anyone else have this issue? It only happens when i am in reverse AND when i havent driven for a day or two

If you had your parking brake set, I'd bet that your rotors have developed a slight haze of rust, and the clunk is the rotor and pad breaking free from each other. Likely nothing to do with the tranny/clutch/etc.
Happens to me consistently if I park after driving in the rain, or the car has been sitting outside for a few days, with the hand brake set. It is a very noticable pop.
