3rd gen TL body side molding help!!!!

I am in serious need of a solution to re-attaching my body side moldings on my 08 TL. I know they have been discontinued, what I really need is the template that came with the molding kit so I have a guide to re-attach. The passenger side rear was falling off so I took it off and also removed the front piece as well so it didn't look stupid. Now I am having a hard time getting them lined back up. Also, the front piece is a bit warped so I def need a straight line reference to get it back on straight. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Oh believe me I was all about it, but there is a very definitive fade line down the doors where the moldings were. I even took a buffer to it with some polish and you can still see it. The doors are really "tall" on that car and as much as I love a minimal look, in this instance, I like it better with the moldings on. I'm going to try to fabricate a straight edge with some suction cups, if all else fails, I guess I'll see what my local body shops have to offer... But I know it will most likely be well over what I wanna spend.

Or those caulked string spools that you strum to set a line.
