hey guys, I was driving home and decided to test out the new exhaust and reved it high and shifted like normal, when I got off the highway it statred idling below normal and the cel statred flashing then became steady and stared flashing again. The idle is very rough and you hear and feel it rough as well, what the hell can it be???? Sparks, coils... I just replaced them all and it's happening again??? Thanks and please, any info helps...

 

could be a missfire. take it and get the CEL checked
do not go to advance autoparts or a place like that. Take it to an actual shop because AA's tool is not good and will not find every code some times. The tool needs to be a Modis snap on tool. it is like 8 grand and does wonders. Most shops should have it.

thanks 04dc, it's actually the ecu malfunctioning. Acura is going to replace it this week.

my car was actually doing that the other day
so i got everything taken care of though and i am getting my knock sensor replaced this week i believe.

 

car drives like ass and all of my dah lights are off...... crapped out ecu ftl...

 

I wouldnt be surprised if they replace mine as well..

 

you should get them to atleast check it. it cant hurt. well it might mean new head gasket i believe but idk
