I have a problem with my '06 TL 5AT Navi. It doesn't seem to be the issue with the blown fuse that affected some '04 and '05 models. My issue is that the memory seats/mirrors don't work. The memory 1 and 2 lights are no longer lit. Windshield washer works normally. My passenger side mirror has a problem where when it's selected with the switch to shift down in reverse... the mirror well move in (and not down), and start clicking a few times. I looked at the fuse (which is a 15 A) which didn't appear to be blown. I did replace with a new 15 A, and as expected... the problem is still there.

 

There was an early TSB related to memory seats. Take a look at that.

My 06' Base Non-navi is experiencing exactly the same issues as yours. Have you had any luck finding a fix for this issue? I've already tried resetting my keyfob and ensuring it was connecting to driver 1 plus a disconnecting and reconnecting my battery. Is there anything else that i could try before i drop $125 on the power seat control unit?
