2008 TL 180k miles

Yesterday I changed the tensioner which was making a grinding noise...good as new

but now I can hear a valve tap

is it worth having acura adjust them?
is it involved?

labor time?

thanks

all maintenance done....transmission drained and filled and timing belt done 25k miles ago

don't worry about it just change the oil according to the MID and you are good. The tap you heard might not be the valve given the previous owner had it done. what you hear might be the injector noise.

in both case of the video its the tensioner, if you refer to the tick tick sound that actually is the injector. Valve adjustment help but not by that much, I owned four Honda/Acura and non of them ever get valve adjusted and yet no strange noise but again all the previous owner follow the dealer scheduled for oil change.
