So I have recently swapped my headlights for an aftermarket set (spyder) and I noticed after putting everything back together that the headlights need to be adjusted.

Is there any way of doing it without taking everything out again?
Can I do this from the upper bay? I’ve seen there’s a hole you can insert a screw driver in but idk which hole

 

You replaced the housings or just the bulbs? If just the bulbs, you should not need to adjust the aim...if you do the bulbs are either the wrong ones or are not seated correctly.
