first of all; did you get a police report and did you notify your insurance company?
2nd; if he's at fault which the police report and insurance company would decide; and depending on if you have full coverage or not.
if you have full coverage; all you have to do is take it to a shop to get an estimate. then let the two insurance companies battle it out.
if well, you dont have full coverage....good luck to you.

My only concern about the damage would be regarding the front of the door frame (so is there flexing of the area south of the A-pillar?). I hope the car isn't totaled because of this.

First off thank you for the reply, and the door whenever you try to close it, the door leaves a nice gap in between and wont fully close shut, not sure if that would be the flexing

send your baby off to a shop of your choosing and that's it.
it doesnt matter what is damaged or trying to guess what is damaged, because the shop will tear it all down and give you an estimate, a detailed price break down of what is damaged.
Everything will be replaced and will be good as new; provided the shop you take it to gets ALL oem parts.

If the OP was at fault and had liability only, then he would pay out of pocket to repair his car, while his insurance would pay to fix the truck.
So, since the OP said the truck driver was at fault, his car should be fixed back to pre-accident status and his insurance should not come into play in this accident at all.
Looks like quite a bit of damage - don't forget to get your diminished value $$$!!!

First of all, glad you are ok and able to tell us your story here.
Second of all, don't be so sure that the trucker is at fault because in most cases, insurance company will fight over this at fault issue (maybe you contributed 20% fault to the accident) so make sure you get the police report and notify your insurance company since you have full coverage. your ins company will pay for your repairs first then go after the other party's ins when fault is determined.
Based on your pictures, i can't really tell if the headlight was damaged and how bad was the front bumper. Also was the airbag deployed? but once it involved with the door and A pillar, it might be a total loss if your car has high mileages.
what you need to do right now is to call your insurance company to report the accident. bring your car to any body shops you prefer to get an estimate. the insurance company will then send an adjuster out to the shop to give you their estimates. Let your body shop bargains with the adjuster and try to request for OEM parts (depending on your ins com and you need to pay the deductible first). then the shop will repair your car and if they find any additional damages and they will ask the adjuster for it.
Finally, your ins will go after the other party's ins company and they will work out the math. one thing you can try is to file a diminished value claim ( not sure if that applies in your state and your ins com)
