Hey guys,

I needed some feedback on what you think the problem might be with my car. The care is coming up on being 2 years old, and yesterday it would not start. Most likely it is the battery, but I have not jumped started the car yet so I am not sure. Do you think a car that is not that old can already have a dead battery??? And if so, should it be covered under acura warranty?

I would think it's most likely the battery. Call the your local Acura to see if it is covered under warranty.

 

Most likely, yes it's battery. You can remove and bring it to any local auto part stores, tire stores, or even walmart to get it tested.

 

the stock acura batteries suck...just an fyi.

 

According to my dealer (and I used this when I needed a new battery a few weeks ago) the Acura battery has a 3 years unlimited mileage warranty on it. This is per my dealer who said this is an Acura warranty.
