2007 TL Transmission HELP with Confusing Symptoms

Hello Everyone, brief intro. It's my first time reaching out for help in a forum but have used them for reference for about 10+ years.

I have a 2007 Acura TL with 125 Miles, and I recently had transmission issues.

First occurrence was transmission going into Neutral on its own while I was on the freeway, got the engine light come on and the D light flashing. Kinda drove the car roughly the night before!

Got these codes after getting home:
P1743 Clutch slip control signal too high
P1745 Transm.Contr.Unit Relay Short to B+
P1780 Park/Neutral Position Switch Malfunction (Only for A/T) (
P0757 Shift Solenoid Valve 'B' Stuck On
P0796 Pressure Control Solenoid 'C' Stuck Off

Other symptoms were odd. As I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive to bring it to a local mechanic, I drove it for about 20 minutes and everything seemed normal! So the tow truck guy left insisting that it was fine. It wasn't immediately after he left.
Heard some low sounding snaps and squeak as I switched gears from Neutral to Reverse and Drive while stopped on the driveway. Called the tow guy back and got it to the shop. He quoted me 2500$ for a full swap! I recently found another guy willing to do it for 1350!!
Before towing it back home I drove it again around the block at no symptoms. Can anyone help before I move forward with the cheaper mechanic?! Both offer rebuilt transmissions by the way with 1 yr warranty. I'm just confused because 2007s supposedly should not have these problems.
I also had the flush 3x3 done only 8 months prior! Anyone's input is much appreciated! Thanks for your time!

JEFF

your car is an auto or manual?

also stop driving your car! clearly its not behaving the way it should, driving it around the block isn't going to cure any symptoms.

as far as your codes go, most of those have been addressed quite frequently.....

The car is Automatic, also I wasn't driving the car to cure the symptoms, I drove it to find out if there were, or if the mechanic's quote was even justified. As far as the codes, frequent probably isn't the best choice of words for it. I searched them and yes while there are answers, they are mostly individual. I guess I'm looking more for a diagnostic that makes sense in terms of all those codes put together. Someone here knows the answer. Thanks for your input.

I guess what I'd truly like to know is:

1 Whether or not it is an electrical issue or mechanical where I can swap the solenoids or switches
2 Whether it would be worth even getting fixed or just sell the car, it's pretty old
3 To see if my mechanic is a crook or not LOL
