Two issues I noticed today. First, noticed a squeaking noise when in park. I popped the hood and determined the squeaking is on the passenger side under the hood near the engine?

Second, when driving, with no foot on break or gas, there is a squeaking, which seems to go away after I put my foot on the accelerator, but comes back again once I take my foot off. Last work I had done was in January, new rear driver pads, rotors, and calipers.

Any thoughts on these problems? Given this new noise, I think I'm going to take it somewhere tomorrow as I am not handy, but was hoping to maybe get an idea of what I am walking into.

Mine is at a similar age and mileage (2007 TL w/ 106K miles).
