2007 TL-S won't start sometimes..

I just purchased a 07 NBP TL-S about a month ago.. Loving the car so far but it's been having issues starting sometimes... When I first went to see the car at the dealer, the previous person who test drove the car left the lights on and killed the battery... So when I pull up to the dealer they were charging the battery... I ended up buying the car.. A few days later the car didn't want to start in the morning.. I called the salesman and told him the battery is dead and he's like no problem bring it by and he'll replace it with a new one... So a few days later I went to the dealer and they plugged up some machine to the battery that ran a diagnostic on the battery and in fact it was dead and needed to be replaced... So they did... A few weeks later the car doesn't want to start.. It takes a few tries to get it to start... I have done the stage 3 exhaust and hacked up my intake resonator now and I'm scared to take it back even though I have 2 years extended warranty... What could it be?

take it back to the dealer.

we dont know with the limited amount of info given.
sounds like the battery, but again. we are just guessing.

if you have the warranty, I'd take it back to the dealer

could be your HFL draining your battery. try unhooking that and see what happens, also maybe a bad alternator, go get that checked out at advanced, they will check them for free, better yet if you have a volt meter you can do it yourself. If that fails check your fuel pressure. I cant hear my fuel pump prime in my TL either, there quiet. I would start with the HFL then move on from there.

You don't think the dealer might void my warranty because of the stage 3 exhaust?

you wont know until you try ... theres no difference between a voided warranty and a warranty you dont use.

unlikely the exhaust is causing your car NOT to start up. how long has the exhaust been modded? since the first battery? it could be anything from the starter to the alternator....you haven't given us anything to work with except it doesn't want to start up.
