2007 Acura TL knocking/tapping sound

My Acura is now making a knocking/tapping sound when car starts it doesn't go away as car warms up it's really annoying and loud the sound goes away around 2500rpms and sounds normal today I had to kinda step on it to avoid from getting hit and the car was still running but I had no power when stepping on the gas put the car in nurtral and started it back up and check engine light and VSA light both came on this is my only car my only way to work I go atleast 450 miles a day. Cars has 195286 miles on it right now took it to a shop they said it tbe noise goes away while I accelerate then it's the oil pump goin out and I dont know how true that is I've also had people come up to me at gas stations saying that it's the rocker arms goin out or the lifters are goin bad was also told crankshaft position senser and camshaft sensor both are goin out someone please help

Post sound of noise. With that description, hard to decipher as it could be anything.

Loose spark plug? Per this thread, you just changed the plugs last week. Did you do it yourself or did someone else do it?

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/2007-acura-tl-almost-200-000-miles-960422/

And you also had a water pump replaced 5K miles ago. Why was that done? Why didn't they just do the complete TB service at that time? Could be a bad water pump install...

Valves? Have the valves ever been adjusted?
Was the timing belt changed?
