2007 Acura TL Control Arm Broke Off From Subframe?
My front driver control arm on my 2007 Acura TL seems to have been ripped out from the subframe or something. Anyone know how expensive of a job this would be? I don't know if the part that broke can be replaced by itself without a whole new subframe or not. I live in Canada. Thanks
Did you try looking at www.car-part.com ?
It's a database where various junkyards post listings. If there's nothing for subframe for TL, might try different part to see if they have the car (something that isn't interchangeable like hood or door) and then give them a call.
Sometimes they post picture of whole wrecked car.

There are some parts but none of them are close enough to me. I was also wondering if I could only use an 07-08 subframe or if any 3rd generation TL would work whenever I do find one. Thanks

Not sure if you have a 2007 3.2 Base TL or 3.5 Type-S, though it appears you have to use 50200-SEP-A04 from an automatic?
There are like six 2007 TL subframes available in Quebec, closest to Nova Scotia, on car-part.com ranging from CA$402-500 before shipping.
That seems a lot better than the American one's available on ebay.ca with shipping starting at CA$687.43 before you even pay for the subframe, lol.
You weren't playing 'Dukes of Hazard' by any chance?
no no. I do drive fast and a little crazier than your local commuter but I just bought this car 3 weeks ago. I wouldn't want to do anything crazy and mess it up already. Could you send me a link to that part specifically that you sent earlier? I went on the website but I couldn't seem to find it. Maybe it's cause I'm on mobile right now. Not sure

No I meant those 400 dollar ish ones from car part near Quebec. Thank you so much for all the quick replies and help btw. Stuck outside in my car waiting for a tow truck so it feels nice.

Here is the car-part.com Quebec search criteria, the 'engine cradle' is what you are concerned about & the part you experienced catastrophic failure with:
This is the result of the search:
Further evidence of similar semantics used by an American competitor salvage company on ebayca.

Unfortunately, It appears to have revisited your situation sooner rather than later, no?
P.S:
It appears you can use the 50200-SEP-A05 from the 2008 TL as well, according to the below; therefore, your search base has expanded to include that year as well. It's only $1183 US before shipping.
